Shipping Policy
Free Shipping: Glowvana offers Free Shipping on all orders above ₹399.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Orders placed using COD may incur an additional convenience charge ranging from ₹19 to ₹39 depending on the delivery location.
Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (2 working days) after being placed.
Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 5–7 working days. Deliveries to remote locations or delays caused by weather conditions may require additional time.
Order Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipment tracking number (AWB) and courier details.
Return & Refund Policy
To maintain strict hygiene and quality standards, Glowvana does not accept standard returns once products have been delivered.
However, replacements or refunds may be provided for orders containing damaged, incorrect, missing, leaked, or expired products.
Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by emailing support@glowvana.com. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. You may refuse the parcel at delivery, and it will be returned to our warehouse.
Refund Processing: Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded immediately. For refused deliveries, refunds are initiated once the parcel reaches our warehouse. Refunds generally reflect in the original payment account within 5–7 business days.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Products: Any claim for a wrong, missing, leaked, damaged, or expired item must be reported within 5 days of delivery by emailing support@glowvana.com.
